Consultant Referral?

Hey ladies,

I was referred to see a consultant fairly late on during my first pregnancy due to anxiety and im now pregnant again.

Will I automatically see the consultant again because I saw one in my first pregnancy or does it not work like that? I also had a ventouse delivery in the end, and some people say you see a consultant if you have had a previous assisted delivery.

I'd ask your MW at your next appointment to be on the safe side as policy can vary from hospital to hospital.

i saw a consultant with all mine apart from my 4th and this time im under shared care of the m/w and consultant.

Im under the consultant and im not even sure why really other than im the old lady wot lived in a shoe with so many children she didnt know what to do
