Just thought I'd share this with you:

You can get £3 a week vouchers to spend on milk & fruit/veg if you're pregnant and tick one of these boxes:
Get Income Support
Get income-based Jobseeker's Allowance
Get Child Tax Credit (but not Working Tax Credit unless your family is receiving Working Tax Credit run-on only) with an annual family income of £15,575 or less (for 2008/2009)
Are pregnant and under 18

You just need to fill the form in and get your midwife to sign it to confirm yours pregnant.

Good news is that we qualify for this now - no waiting until after 24wks etc. And loads of places accept the vouchers (including my local village store in the middle of nowhere in Cornwall!)

Good luck!

unfortuntaly we dont fall into any of those brackets.

Neither do we :( OH is the only one working out of us both and we do receive child tax credit but he earns way over the £15k mark. No one round that one for us.
