To pump colostrum at my gestation? my boobs are so sore with colostrum and pumping really does relieve them, I managed to get an ounce and half in 5 minutes?

Just wondering if it is dangerous though ?

Yes, pumping (or nipple stimulation) can start labour. I would never do this until at least 37 weeks.

I have blocked milk ducts and its agony, and mw told me, under no circumstances am I to try to express. Don't do it.
