I'm finding that when I turn over in bed, or get up out of bed, my pelvic joint clicks loudly (like when you crack your knuckles, but a much louder sound) and it's very uncomfortable. Don't know if this is because the pelvic joint has widened ready for childbirth?

Mine does this too, and it's very sore when it happens. It is because it's loosened to prepare for the birth. I've got SPD and the physio advised me to keep my knees together when I turn over and it also helps if you squeeze your pelvic floor at the same time xx

Yes i have this all the time i crack all the time when i bend down or anything, sounds like im falling apart!! :D

I get this too and completely sympathise I find turning in bed excruiating (sp) I also have SPD and was also told keep my knees together when turning which really helps. I've also been advised to keep my knees together getting in and out of the car and bath. Also you might need to find alternative positions for sex as straddling is not a good idea.
