They have recently updated the software (both phone and forum API), maybe they have a few bugs? Will check on their site to make sure PF has the latest API version :)

We have one. I really like it. Obviously it takes longer than fried chips (about 40-45 mins), but they are just as easy to make. Just cut them up and throw them in with a spoonful of oil per kg of potatoes (3-4 large baking potatoes or about 4-6 avarage sized ones).
