Can any HR whizzes here help me out please? I am due to hand in my notice tomorrow for a job & will finish on 30/7. I am returning to a full time role after working part time for the last few months since having my DD.
I have emailed HR at my company for an answer but they're yet to get back to me. I just want to know if I'll owe them any holiday pay when I leave.
My holidays are calculated in hours
Started 22/3/2021
Finish 29/7/2021
Work 24hrs per week, 3 full days
Holidays run from 1/1/21 to 31/12/21
Taken 44hrs of holiday
According to our HR system I am entitled to 76hrs from 22/3/21 - 31/12/21 if I were to work until the rest of the year.
I've had to book Bank hols as annual leave & have time off for DD isolating hence why it seems so much has been booked off
